All services are delivered remotely. Pricing is quoted per engagement. Invoices are payable by card or bank transfer.

Terms, refunds and privacy
Terms of service. Services are provided under a written proposal or statement of work agreed with each client, which defines scope, deliverables, fees and timeline. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed.
Refund and cancellation policy. Retainers can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Work already performed is not refundable. Prepaid amounts for work not yet started are refunded in full within 14 days of cancellation. Billing disputes can be raised by email and are answered within 5 business days.
Privacy. We only collect the contact and billing information needed to deliver our services and invoice clients. We do not sell personal data. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store card details. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact us by email.
